Erica has planned hundreds of events and designed multi-day weddings from California to Martha's Vineyard, all the way to Europe.
With a design degree and 15 years in the Industry, she understands how to create breathtaking events while still making the numbers work.
Erica builds and fosters deep client relationships, allowing her to intuitively work on their behalf. She goes above and beyond to ensure that, not only the client, but every guest leaves with elation. It is those clients and guests that can best attest to her continuous pursuit of perfection!
Jennifer schmidt: Planner & Designer
Jennifer is an accomplished Event Industry Professional with experience ranging from luxury retail brands, to visual merchandising, to event production & design. She has been an integral part in brand activations, beauty master classes, celebrity appearances, fashion shows, charity engagements and, of course, luxury weddings.
In her previous roles, Jennifer practices creative, outside the box thinking, while still focusing on what's most important to her clients. She is passionate about providing high-end service and making the design process enjoyable and truly unique.
Jennifer provides immense value to EME through her additional design perspective, exceptional client relations skills and excellence in event execution.
